For the months of July - August, be a part of 18th Street Arts Center! For Rent: an 800 sq. foot fully-furnished live/work studio (kitchen, 1-1/2 baths, loft bedroom, studio, cable tv, local phone, all utilities, and a Balcony!) with skylights and 16' high ceilings. You would also have the opportunity to showcase your work during our Fall ArtNight, Saturday, August 1, 6-10 pm. The space will be available for $1,700 a month from July 1 - August 31.
