India Mtg & Orientation!

I am excited to hear about your interest in serving those in S. India!! Being part of the team that traveled to S. India last summer; we were all beyond moved to see first hand all the amazing things being done through Vikasitha & its outreach ministries. India is a country that has so many immediate needs from poverty, the aids epidemic, suicide rates, abandonment issues with children and widows....sadly the list goes on. Vikasitha has made a huge commitment by stepping into finding solutions for these issues and supporting those in need with spiritual and economic help. The leader and visionary at Vikasitha and his wife have done all this with very little outside financial help.

Beyond Us is committed to returning to Vijawada this summer to continue to invest and serve all those at Vikasitha and the outreach community there. There is an orientation this Sunday, February 14th after the Westside gathering for those interested in specifically joining the Fashion Team going to S. India this summer. Looking for additional people to join the team who have any of the following background in fashion/apparel, sewing knowledge, business and/or manufacturing. One of the main goals of the fashion team this summer is to help the women of the Self-Help center produce a product that can be sold here in the US to create a sustainable income for themselves and the Ministry in the future. So definitely looking for those ready to dream, create and invest in the lives of those at Vikasitha!!
