CALL FOR PROPOSALS
STUDIO RENTAL AT 18TH STREET ARTS CENTER
SANTA MONICA, CA
18th Street Arts Center in Santa Monica, CA is accepting proposals for an open studio rental of a mixed-use space useable as artist studio, workspace, and/or office. 540 sq feet with high ceilings, work sink, and good natural light. Parking is free.
The space is available July 1 and will be contracted out for a 3-year term. The studio is available for $756 per month and will require a security deposit.
18th Street Arts Center is a leading residential arts center that supports emerging to mid-career artists and arts organizations dedicated to issues of community and diversity in contemporary society. Our programs include a professional gallery, free art-nights for the public, an international artist exchange, and artist teaching residencies in public schools.
